Annie Ilonzeh

Annette Ngozi Ilonzeh was born in Nigeria and is now an American actress. Her first role was as Maya Ward (ABC's General Hospital) from 2010 until the year 2011. Then she was cast as Kate Prince, in the ABC's Charlie's Angels reboot. Later she played recurring characters on Arrow, Drop Dead Diva as well as Empire. She was raised in Grapevine Texas. She went to Colleyville Heritage High School. She has a white mother and her dad is Nigerian with Igbo ancestral roots. Her debut came on the screen in 2007 by appearing in an episode of CBS's sitcom How I Met Your Mother. She also had small parts in He's Just not That Into You Miss March & Percy Jackson & Olympians The Lightning Thief. Ilonzeh played a regular role in the CW prime time soap drama Melrose Place from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, she was a guest on three episodes of Entourage.
